The Anaheim Crowne Plaza Resort offers 384 guestrooms on a seven acre development consisting of a nine-story hotel i building, a pool area, and paved parking areas.

  Project Highlights :

• A total of 328 piles were successfully driven to the design capacity
• Performed engineering analyses of the field and laboratory data to develop recommendations concerning representative soil parameters, seismic hazards including liquefaction assessment and site period, site preparation and grading, shallow foundations, settlements, pile foundations, lateral earth pressures, retaining walls, corrosivity, and pavement design
• GDC provided on-time and within-budget services during both the design and construction phase.
