Group Delta Consultants have extensive experience providing geotechnical recommendations throughout Southern California on major highway and bridge projects. Since 1996, Group Delta has completed more than 175 Preliminary Foundation Reports (PFRs), 110 Structure Foundation Reports (SFRs), and 44 Geotechnical Design Reports (GDRs) for Caltrans in all Southern California Districts - 7, 8, 11, 12. We are experienced with Caltrans' requirements and procedures including District Review, Response to Review Comments and Final Approval. We have performed similar work for other local agencies such as SANBAG, Orange County Transportation Authority, Transit Corridor Authority, Riverside County Transportation Authority, City of San Diego, City of Poway, Metropolitan Transit Development Board.
