The instructor, Principal Engineer Dr. Daniel Pradel is a certified instructor with the California Department of Insurance (Provider No. 244778), and a Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at UCLA. He has more than 20 years of experience in performing first and third party claim investigations for insurance companies.
